Stoliv is a village in a small and quiet Kotor Bay, near the town of Kotor, in Montenegro.
It is a small village for lovers of fishing, to relax from the city's bustle, to enjoy the sea, founded in the fourteenth century. Strangely enough, but after so much time, it remained approximately the same as it was directly created, almost 7 centuries ago.
Here the Rose of the Winds creates pleasant sea and mountain winds, which allowed Stoliv to become a famous sea and air bath with health characteristics. It is in this place where the local flora is rich in olive groves and forests of various origins and properties, where the sea of birch-colored and the water is clean, is the apartment house of the WIND ROSE.
The project of the Rose of the Winds is a reflection of the unique creativity of the Montenegrin landscape, modern convenience, the smell of nature and the taste of the Adriatic.
The uniqueness and privacy of the Rose of the Wind project lies in the careful choice of the location - approximately 100 meters from the sea, on the one hand, with a spectacular view of the sea and the magnificent Boka-Kotorska bay, and on the other hand, with stunning mountain scenery. This place mixes mountain and sea air, making a unique microclimate not only pleasant, but also useful.
The architect tried to convey the notes of modernity, which are in appearance, as well as the interior interiors of the project and fit it into the surrounding nature.
The chosen location of the project is excellent for recreation, as everything is within walking distance: you can walk to the beach in 5 minutes, to the restaurant for 10, and grocery stores and a pharmacy 5 minutes from the house.
An excellent place for both beach and outdoor activities, you can walk through the mountains and enjoy an unforgettable holiday.
The city of Kotor, which many call the capital of the Boka-Kotor Bay, is 10 minutes away by car, while the international airports of Tivat and Podgorica are 10 and 120 minutes away, respectively.
The house consists of four floors, the first floor - garage parking for cars. There are two apartments on each next floor.
* On the first floor there are apartments with one bedroom, bathroom and living room, designed as a studio, partly combined with a kitchen with panoramic sea views and a separate bedroom.
* On the second and third floor of the house there are two apartments, one with one bedroom and the second with two bedrooms very comfortable layout: living room-studio with access to a terrace with sea view, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms.
